About
Simply, the Island Stilt Alliance began as a way for stilt performers to connect with one another.
It has grown and changed over the past few years, gaining more talent, skills, and plenty of personality along the way! That's not to say there haven't been a fair share of bumps (and falls) along the way to be embraced and learned from.

The Island Stilt Alliance have been in many events over the past couple years, as fantastic as they were varied. From a Witches Ball and Gothic Market, to parades of all sorts; Christmas, Canada Day, and Gold Cup and Saucer. They even appeared as recent as this past June, having a show in the Charlottetown Burlesque's "Circus! Circus!" and appearing in the Cape Traverse Ice Boat Festival.

We give great credit and respect to our friends at The River Clyde Pageant, where most, if not all, of our Stilt Performers learned to walk tall with the amazing Laura Astwood guiding the way. Two productions in the past two years with a third one that just passed this summer.
